I finished it today. I love the way it turned out. The colours - black, white and aqua - are really elegant and give it a cold look. The plan was to use dresden blades to create a new look of a quilt block. I modified the dresden template to serve my purpose and here's the result:

Here's the back with quilting visible. It's not perfect, but will have to do.
I have absolutely no idea how to name it. Any ideas? Help (again)?

i would call it Water Wheels, because the blocks look a bit like wheels, and the aqua/blues are watery colours!
